What is the Win Amazing House draw?
Win Amazing House runs a UK house prize draw. The current prize is The Ardleigh, a five-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh valued at £3.4 million, handed over mortgage-free with stamp duty settled, plus £200,000 in cash. A guaranteed share of every entry supports the Willowfield Music Foundation, which funds youth music programmes.
Who can enter?
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, subject to the published draw rules. No account is needed to enter.
How much does it cost?
Entry bundles start at £10 for 15 entries — just 67p an entry. Larger bundles bring the cost down to as little as 28p per entry. Payment is handled securely by PayPal, and you can pay by card without a PayPal account. Entries are draw tickets, so all sales are final and non-refundable unless the draw is cancelled.
Free house entry: can I enter without paying?
Yes. A free postal entry route is available with identical odds to paid entries. The full details — including the address and entry requirements — are set out in the draw rules. Postage is your responsibility; the free route is postal, not online. See the free postal entry template and instructions.
Can I win a house in Cornwall?
Not in this draw: our house prize is in Edinburgh. If you are comparing Cornwall house competitions, verify each organiser’s prize location and current terms. Read the Cornwall house draw guide.
How is the winner chosen?
When the draw closes, every entry — paid and postal — is placed into a single pool and one winner is drawn at random by an independent adjudicator. The winner is contacted by phone.
How do I enter?
Choose an entry bundle, check out securely, and your entries are confirmed immediately. It takes under two minutes.
