Cornish coast or city townhouse?
If you are searching for a Cornwall house prize draw, compare the location and the responsibilities that come with the property. Check running costs, any restrictions and the organiser’s published terms rather than assuming rental income is guaranteed.

Common questions
Is there a Cornwall house draw running right now?
Cornwall coastal homes appear in UK prize draws from time to time, but they are not always open. Win Amazing House is not running a Cornwall property; our live prize is a five-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh worth £3.4 million.
Coast or city — which dream home is the better prize?
A Cornish coastal home is exceptional for holidays and holiday-let income in season, but running costs, travel and off-season demand matter. A city townhouse offers year-round living, stronger long-term rental demand and easier resale.
How much does it cost to enter?
Entries here start at £10 for 15 entries, which is 67p an entry. Larger bundles reduce the cost per entry further.
Is there a free way to enter?
Yes. A postal entry sent to the promoter's address has exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry. Full instructions are on this page and in the draw rules.
