UK house prize draws compared

Whichever draw you choose, the same four checks separate the trustworthy operators from the rest:

• Published draw rules covering eligibility, closing date and odds.
• A free postal entry route with identical odds to paid entries.
• An independent adjudicator named or described in the rules.
• A guarantee that the prize is actually awarded — no quiet extensions.

The UK has a handful of established house prize draw operators, the best known being Omaze, alongside raffle-style operators such as Raffle House and a number of smaller independent draws — including Win Amazing House. Ticket prices across the market typically range from £10 to £25 per bundle, and prize values run from around £500,000 to over £4 million.

This page is an honest, factual overview. We mention other operators by name only to help you compare; always read each operator's own rules before entering.

If you have entered one of the big televised draws and want to know what else is available, read alternatives to the big UK house prize draws, or check whether a house prize draw is legit before entering any of them.

We run one draw at a time with a single guaranteed winner, keep marketing lean, and pass the difference into the prize and the charity share. Larger operators spend heavily on television advertising; smaller draws like ours rely on entrants sharing the draw — which is why we can offer 15 entries for £10.

Entry takes under two minutes and no account is needed. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
