Draw rules and free entry route

The draw is operated by Amaze House Ltd (the “Promoter”), registered in England and Wales. Correspondence address: 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: via the form on the contact page.

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw. Proof of age, identity and address may be requested before a prize is released.

The draw opens on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included. The Promoter may extend the closing date if the draw has not reached its minimum entry level, and will publish any change on this page.

One guaranteed winner will receive The Ardleigh, a Georgian townhouse in Edinburgh valued at £3,400,000, plus £200,000 in cash. Stamp duty, conveyancing and the first year of buildings insurance are covered by the Promoter. Ongoing running costs, maintenance and any tax liability are the winner’s responsibility.

The winner may instead choose a cash alternative in place of the property. The prize is non-transferable and there is no other substitution.

Paid entry bundles are listed on the entry page. Payment is taken securely at checkout. Entries are allocated immediately after payment is confirmed and a reference number is issued by email.

You can enter free of charge by post. Send an unenclosed postcard containing your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email address to:

One entry per postcard, one postcard per envelope, and a maximum of 20 free entries per person per draw. Postal entries must arrive before the closing date. Illegible, incomplete or bulk-submitted entries are void. Free entries carry exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The draw is capped at 750,000 entries. Your chance of winning is the number of entries you hold divided by the total number of entries received. For example, 15 entries in a draw that receives 500,000 entries gives odds of 1 in 33,333. One winner is guaranteed regardless of the number of entries received.

The winner is selected at random by an independently verified random number generator within seven days of the closing date, and contacted by telephone and email using the details supplied at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw. The winner’s first name and county will be published on this website for 30 days after the draw.

A portion of the net proceeds of each draw is donated to the supported youth music charity partner. The amount donated is published after the draw closes.

Entries are draw tickets: all sales are final once purchased and are not refundable, except where the draw is cancelled. If the draw is cancelled before the closing date, all paid entrants will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

The Promoter is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted in transit, or for events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these rules limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Complaints should be sent through the contact form and will be acknowledged within five working days.
